Conditions of rental
Deposit
A reservation will only be confirmed once the rental deposit has been received (30% of the total rental amount). The outstanding balance and total rental amount must be paid 30 days before your arrival date. For reservations less than 30 days before the arrival date, the total rental amount must be paid upon reservation.
Cancellation
In the event of cancellation, more than 90 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be fully refunded.
In the event of cancellation, 90 days before the arrival date, 10% of the deposit remains with the host.
In the event of cancellation, 60 days before the arrival date, 20% of the deposit remains with the host.
In the event of cancellation, 30 days before the arrival date, the full deposit will remain with the hosts.
In the event of cancellation, 14 days before the arrival date, 50% of the full booking fees will remain with the hosts.
In the event of cancellation, Less than 14 days before the arrival date, full booking fees will remain with the hosts.
In the event of a shortened stay, the price of the rental remains in full with the host.
Travel insurance is recommended.
Arrival and departure
Gites de Calvet will be available between 1500pm and 1900pm for late arrivals or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us on the number provided on the booking confirmation. Please note that the gite and facilities will not be available to guests until the times stated.
On the day of departure, we kindly ask that you vacate by 1000am.
Tourist tax
Tourist tax is collected by the host on behalf of the municipality of Montcuq en Quercy Blanc, if you are booking directly this is added to the total cost of the rental, bookings made on our external booking site, the tourist tax is not added and will be taken upon arrival at gites de calvet.
Security deposit
A security deposit of €300 will be taken as part of the rental agreement, this is to cover any possible damage or loss. The security deposit will be refunded once the hosts are satisfied that no damage or loss has occurred. All guests are responsible for damages or loss caused by you or your children. It is therefore advised to obtain insurance to cover such risks. Please inform the hosts in the first instance so that any issues can be resolved.
